Ag Park Maintenance/(Ag Park) Full-Time
Williamson County Parks and Recreation is accepting applications for full-time Ag Park Maintenance staff to support the daily operations and upkeep of Ag Expo Park. This hands-on role helps maintain facilities, grounds, barns, and arenas while supporting events, agricultural shows, and community programs.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general grounds and facility maintenance (mowing, trimming, landscaping, custodial work)
- Assist with basic repairs (carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, fencing)
- Set up and break down equipment for events (tables, chairs, staging, panels, livestock equipment)
- Assist with arena and barn preparation and maintenance
- Operate maintenance equipment such as mowers, trimmers, tractors, blowers, and floor machines
- Assist with snow/ice removal and inclement weather cleanup as needed
- Follow safety procedures and provide courteous assistance to the public and event staff
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Maintenance or grounds experience preferred but not required
- Ability to safely operate light maintenance equipment
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Valid Tennessee driver's license
- Successful completion of a background check
