In every area of this internship, you will have the opportunity to leave a lasting impression on the Farm Bureau customer service experience.

As an intern, you will also participate in corporate activities designed to provide exposure to our industry, organization, and culture. Our internship program follows an 80/10/10 approach:
  • 80% of your time will be spent performing meaningful work and project-based assignments within your department.
  • 10% of your time will be dedicated to learning from and networking with employees in other areas of the organization.
  • 10% of your time will be spent participating in shared internship experiences that provide insight into our culture, leadership, and business operations.

This opportunity is a great way for you to obtain entry level underwriting and insurance experience, as well as real-world corporate exposure.
