We're looking for a talented Ag Ventilation Construction Engineer to help lead the daily, monthly, and annual execution of ventilation and air filtration programs across our swine facilities. In this role, you'll play a key part in designing, managing, and optimizing both negative and positive pressure filtration systems-critical components in sow farm biosecurity.

What You'll Do

You'll be a central contributor in ensuring our ventilation and filtration systems operate at peak performance. Your responsibilities include:
  • Collaborating with design teams on ventilation and filtration specifications for new facility construction
  • Overseeing filter lifespan, rotation, testing, and documentation
  • Monitoring system performance and identifying opportunities for upgrades or efficiency improvements
  • Leading filtration audits for filtered sow farms
  • Training and supporting on-farm teams with daily, weekly, and monthly ventilation and filtration checks
  • Helping advance our overall biosecurity strategy through system design and ongoing analysis

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking someone early in their career who brings curiosity, initiative, and a strong technical mindset. You'll be successful here if you have:
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with team members across multiple locations
  • A drive for achieving results and solving problems
  • Strong knowledge of ventilation systems or a related technical background (ag engineering, mechanical systems, HVAC, etc.)
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
