Seed Concepts Inc. is a locally owned agricultural business serving growers across northeast Wisconsin and Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. With locations in Pound and Pulaski, we provide Pioneer seed, crop protection, seed treatment, other services to help farmers succeed. We are looking for an Agricultural Sales & Operations Support team member at our Pound, Wisconsin location. This hands-on position combines customer service, sales support, and warehouse operations. You’ll assist customers when our sales representative is out visiting farms, help keep seed orders and inventory organized, and support seed treatment and delivery activities.

What You’ll Do

• Help receive, organize, and track seed and other products in the warehouse.
• Prepare customer orders and assist with loading and unloading products.
• Support seed treatment operations, including equipment setup, operation, and cleanup once appropriately trained and licensed.
• Welcome and assist customers visiting the Pound location, including providing coverage when the sales representative is away.
• Answer customer questions, assist with orders and pickups, and coordinate with the sales team on needs that require follow-up.
• Assist with seed deliveries as needed once CDL requirements are met.
• Keep the warehouse and customer service areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Work closely with the team to keep daily operations running smoothly.

• Agricultural, customer service, warehouse, or equipment experience is helpful; candidates early in their careers are encouraged to apply.
• A current CDL or the willingness and ability to obtain one.
• A current seed treatment license or the willingness and ability to obtain the required licensing.
• Comfort learning order and inventory systems and working safely around equipment.
