• Develop knowledge of company products, services, and agricultural offerings
• Provide excellent customer service before and after sales
• Support sales growth through customer engagement and relationship development
• Maintain awareness of agricultural trends, farming practices, and industry developments
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and organizational objectives
• Assist with inventory awareness and product availability as needed
• Participate in training opportunities to continue professional development and industry knowledge growth
Qualifications:
• Agriculture history, farming experience, or agricultural industry knowledge preferred
• Understanding of farm operations and agricultural practices preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build relationships and provide excellent customer service
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within the organization
• Sales experience is beneficial but not required for the right candidate
