Assistant Fuels Manager

Ray-Carroll is hiring an Assistant Fuels Manager to grow fuel and propane sales, strengthen customer relationships, and support daily operations. Working alongside our Fuels Manager, you’ll help coordinate service and step in on deliveries when needed.

What You’ll Do

• Develop business, strengthen accounts, and recommend products and pricing.
• Coordinate deliveries and service with drivers, technicians, and office staff.
• Support inventory, equipment utilization, employee onboarding, and safe operations.
• Resolve customer concerns and assist with fuel and propane deliveries.
• Participate in events, monitor market activity, and support marketing.
• Maintain records, agreements, and documentation; assist with planning and reporting.

What You’ll Bring

• Three to five years of propane and refined fuels experience in sales, delivery, operations, or customer service.
• Customer relationship and business development experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or equivalent industry experience preferred.
• Class A or B CDL with appropriate endorsements, or ability to obtain within six months.
