Must be able to bend, lift, kneel, and twist.
Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds occasionally.
Must be able to walk, sit, and stand for long periods of time.

- Clean interior work spaces including office at warehouse at Edna's farm, Boyd House public spaces, public spaces in other buildings
- When designated, clean residential spaces at Cox House and/or other locations of ownership
- When designated, clean other residential spaces such as Sandy's House
- Dusting and cleaning of all surfaces with appropriate cleaning supplies
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors with appropriate cleaning materials and tools
- Scrub and sanitize toilets and sinks and where relevant showers and bathtubs
- Empty trash cans
- When necessary wash and fold laundry
- Clean windows
- Clean outdoor living spaces including decks and patios
- Liaising with the office manager to ensure that you have sufficient cleaning products at all times
- Reporting any breakages that occur during the cleaning process.
- Car detailing when relevant to include the following:
- Cleaning vehicle exteriors and interiors according to company standards.
- Clean mirrors and polish trim work
- Vacuum under floormats and seats
- Wipe dashboards and other surfaces
- Clean out cupholders
- Wash windows
- Clean door frames and instrument panels
- Use protective and restorative chemicals once surfaces are clean
