What You'll Do:
- Support senior Crop Advisors with field scouting, soil sampling, and crop assessments
- Help implement crop input plans tailored to each grower's needs
- Learn how to write fertilizer prescriptions and recommend crop protection products
- Assist with customer service, product education, and follow-ups after applications
- Contribute to business development projects and internal sales initiatives
- Maintain accurate digital records of customer interactions and field activities
- Participate in in-house training, supplier sessions, and field tours
- Represent MacEwen Agricentre at grower meetings, events, and ag shows
What You Bring:
- Diploma or Degree in Agriculture (or a related program) preferred
- Valid Class G driver's license with clean abstract
- Bilingual (English/French) - preferred
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with a strong desire to learn and grow
- Willingness to travel and work extended hours during peak season
