- Work across dryland and irrigated cotton in a modern, well-run enterprise within the border region.
- Lead a small, capable team while remaining actively involved day-to-day.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Assist in coordinating and implementing effective crop production plans across irrigated and dryland cotton.
- Confidently contribute to the end-to-end cropping cycle, from planning through to picking & harvest.
- Provide mechanical and general maintenance support across the operation.
- Supervise and manage staff, contractors, and daily operations, including stepping up when the Farm Manager is absent.
- Previous experience in irrigated and dryland cotton operations, including hands-on involvement.
- Capable leadership skills with proven experience managing a small team.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to support on-farm maintenance.
- Reliable, flexible, safety-minded operator with a positive work ethic and long-term intent.
