Qualifications
- Reliable and motivated individuals encouraged to apply
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, repetitive environment
- Physically capable of lifting up to 40 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Must adhere to Biosecurity & Animal Welfare requirements (training provided)
- Reliable transportation to the work site is required

Responsibilities
- Typical start time: 8:00 AM
- Typical end time: 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM
- Weekdays and weekends required
Primary Duties Include:
- Collecting, cleaning, and sorting eggs according to quality standards
- Ensuring product quality
- Completing required paperwork and maintaining detailed production logs
- Performing routine cleaning and sanitation throughout the breeder farm
- Checking barns and monitoring egg conditions
- Supporting general farm duties as needed during scheduled shifts
- Ensuring compliance with animal health, welfare, safety, and quality standards
- Performing other duties as assigned
