Farm Liaison Officer
Farm, Ranch, and Greenhouse Operations
As a Farm Liaison Officer at ABP, you will gain a valuable insight into the largest beef processor in Ireland and the UK. This role will focus on the Livestock and Procurement functions across the 3 NI Sites, building strong supplier relations with our farmers.

Based in - ABP NI
Hours of work - Monday to Friday (40 Hours per week). Flexibility is required.
The role involves:
Job Role:
• Support the various Agri functions across NI to include placements on our integrated livestock schemes and procurement functions.
• Assist In the purchase, rearing and finishing of integrated livestock including Aberdeen angus, Wagyu and Rose Veal.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with farmer suppliers.
• Conduct farm visits, providing advice on livestock performance, to strengthen engagement and communication.
• Ensure supplier compliance through Farm Audits and delivering feedback on slaughter performance.
• Represent the company at various Agricultural shows and Events.
• Carry out any additional duties as required to support business operations
Requirements:
• A relevant 3rd-level degree (e.g., Agriculture, Agricultural Science, Animal Science, or Business).
• Strong communication, teamwork, and analytical skills.
• A valid driving license for field-based or farm-liaison responsibilities
