Description
We're looking for a friendly, customer-focused Farm Sales Support Advisor to join our central Farm Sales Support team. This is a key role supporting our farming customers, Mole Country Stores colleagues, and external sales teams. If you're passionate about agriculture, enjoy helping people, and want to play an important part in keeping our rural customers connected to the products and advice they need, we'd love to hear from you.
About The Role
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Part time
Hours of Work: 16 hours per week, working Thursday & Friday
As a Farm Sales Support Advisor, you'll provide warm, knowledgeable support to customers and colleagues across the business. From helping with pricing and product information to processing orders and supporting seasonal campaigns, you'll make sure every customer receives an honest, efficient and positive experience.
You'll work closely with Store Managers, Product Managers, Retail teams and Agri Sales colleagues to ensure a seamless service and strong communication across all channels.
Key responsibilities include:• Offering friendly, helpful and knowledgeable support to customers, stores and external sales colleagues
• Handling a wide range of enquiries including pricing, stock, product details, and general customer questions
• Processing customer orders accurately and keeping systems updated
• Supporting seasonal and tactical sales campaigns across key product areas such as livestock, arable, equine, silage and fencing
• Making outbound calls when appropriate to share product information or campaign updates
• Identifying opportunities to support underperforming product categories or branches
• Sharing insights on customer needs, competitor trends and product performance with the wider team
• Supporting administration and logistics activity as needed
About You
• Knowledge of farming or the wider countryside marketplace
• Confident communicator who can build positive relationships across teams and levels
• Strong IT skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Flexible, adaptable, and eager to learn
• A natural helper with a customer-first mindset
• Positive, proactive and able to use your initiative
