Field Service Technician - Ag/Diesel Equipment

KeyResponsibilities
This position includes troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, andengine-related issues, performing repairs and maintenance, documenting completedwork, and communicating directly with customers about equipment needs. You'll work independently in the field, troubleshooting and repairing equipment to help customers minimize downtime and keep their equipment running smoothly.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Effective communication skills
- Basic computer skills for documentation.
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
- Ability to work overtime and occasional Saturdays as needed.
- Adequate personal tool set (specialty tools provided).
- Minimum 1 year of agricultural, construction, or turf equipment repair ormechanical service experience preferred. Technical, trade school, or OEMtraining is a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and travel to customer locations as needed.
- Position required prolonged periods of standing, bending, reaching, and working in awkward positions.
