Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process ingredients and food products according to established procedures
- Operate food production equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect food products to ensure quality standards are met
- Package and serve food products as required
- Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of work areas and equipment
- Experience in food services or food production environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift as required
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
- Prior experience in a food manufacturing or commercial kitchen setting
- Onsite - 200 Sanatorium Road, Glen Gardner, NJ 08826
- Dress Code: Casual
- Two shift options available: 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM or 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM
- 30-minute unpaid lunch break
- Duration: 8 Months
