Grigg Farms is seeking a General Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of its family-owned farming and onion packing business. This is a newly created leadership position and an important succession hire for the next generation of the company.
The GM will coordinate farm operations, packing, finance, employees, vendors, and customers while overseeing the Farm Operations Manager and Packing Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across farming, packing, shipping, and administration.
- Lead and hold the Farm Operations and Packing Operations Managers accountable.
- Coordinate irrigation, harvest, packing, maintenance, and seasonal staffing.
- Manage vendors, customers, purchasing, and operational issues.
- Partner with Finance on budgets, forecasting, and P&L.
- Communicate with family ownership on performance and major decisions.
- Build a strong culture and keep the operation running efficiently year-round.
Qualifications
- Operations leadership experience in agriculture, produce, food production, or a related industry.
- Experience managing managers and coordinating multiple departments.
- Strong business and financial acumen.
- Onion, potato, produce packing, or other perishable crop experience preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
