We are currently hiring a Grain Customer Service Rep to join our team in Story City, IA (10 miles north of Ames). In this role, you will work in a fast-paced environment while receiving inbound deliveries, managing walk-in and call-in business traffic. All while working with other locations and employees to deliver superior customer experiences. You may also fill in as a CSR at other locations as needed.

This role is for you if you have:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)Ability to work longer hours as necessary.

• An outstanding work ethic with ability to pay attention to the details

• Ability to always project a positive attitude to customers and employees while exhibiting good customer relations skills.

What you will be doing:

• Manage inbound and outbound shipments at Nevada or other specified locations as required.

• Properly weigh and grade grain deliveries.

• Ensure the scale and testing equipment remains in tolerance and within regulatory compliance.

• Assist with producer grain accounting, settlements and customer orders at the specified location.

• Efficiently receive inbound deliveries, manage walk-in and call-in business.

• Promptly answer all phone calls, voicemails and electronic communication.
