Grain Operations Manager

Top Ag Cooperative is seeking a Grain Operations Manager to lead operations across our grain facilities. This role oversees grain superintendents, location managers, and operations staff, with responsibility for inventory and quality control, facility equipment, rail loading activities, and truck loading/unloading - all while driving continuous improvement across the department.

What You'll Do:
- Lead, coach, and hold teams accountable to high standards and safety practices
- Oversee facility and equipment maintenance, including preventive maintenance and repairs
- Manage grain inventory, quality, and loading/unloading logistics
- Partner with the Grain Department Manager on operational planning and improvements
- Support special projects and provide expertise to leadership as needed
What You Bring:
- Associate's Degree in Ag Business, Ag Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3-5 years of leadership experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license
- Experience in ag operations, truck loading, or railcar loading is a plus
