Greenhouse Production Assistant <br><br>Areas of Responsibility: Tier 1 <br><ul> <li>Seeding duties, including operating seeding machine(s).</li></ul><ul> <li>Transplant seedlings based on quality standards.</li></ul><ul> <li>Identify and cull plants with pests or disease and report all signs of pest and/or disease to supervisor.</li></ul><ul> <li>Harvest mature plants as instructed and in accord with production schedule.</li></ul><ul> <li>Move and rearrange growing equipment as needed.</li></ul><ul> <li>Assist with the loading and unloading of greenhouse materials.</li></ul><ul> <li>Compost unused plants as instructed and in accord with production schedule.</li></ul><ul> <li>Assist with daily cleaning of production areas, equipment, and supplies.</li></ul><ul> <li>Assist with periodic cleaning of common areas in facility.</li></ul><ul> <li>Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Good Agricultural Practices (GAPs), Company food safety policies, Company employee's safety policies, and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs).</li></ul><ul> <li>Proper handwashing and wear required PPE at all times.</li></ul><ul> <li>Additional duties as assigned.</li></ul><br>#GothamGreenJobs
