Hatchery (Poultry) Worker

Hatchery Workers work alongside team members to handle daily operations inside an egg-to-chick facility, performing tasks like egg traying, chick processing, and sanitation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Comfortable working with live birds.
• Maintain proper bird handling.
• Adhere to Company, Safety, and Animal Welfare policies and procedures.
• All other relevant duties as assigned.

• No previous experience required; will train.
• Previous hatchery experience preferred.
• Able to lift 10+ lbs, and push 75+ lbs.
• Work well in a small team environment.
