Job purpose

This position is primarily responsible for servicing and maintaining high-profile accounts, addressing customer care issues, continued training with current and new technicians, covering additional open routes, covering routes of employees on PTO, and completing quality service reviews. There is a strong emphasis on productivity, efficiency, and employee safety.

Duties and responsibilities

This position is primarily responsible for servicing and maintaining high-profile accounts, addressing customer care issues, continued training with current and new technicians, and covering additional open routes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Performs service at scheduled accounts.
  • Works with new technicians to continue and follow up with training.
  • Address customer care issues to stay within our goal of 1/24/7
  • Responsible for the service on their accounts and the continual training of new technicians.

ACCOUNTABILITY:
  • Accountable for the quality of service they are providing on their route, including labor and replacements, and the ongoing training of the technicians on their team.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • No supervisory skills are needed. Training skills preferred.
