Agri Center is hiring an experienced Location Manager in Hoxie, KS.
Agri Center is an agricultural, construction equipment, and powersports dealership with locations in Hoxie, Salina, and Hutchinson, Kansas. Across our locations, we help customers find the equipment, parts, and service they need. Our team takes pride in knowledgeable support and lasting customer relationships.
As Location Manager, you’ll lead the Hoxie location’s day-to-day operations, support the sales, parts, and service teams, and manage the people and resources needed to serve customers well. We’re looking for a hands-on leader who enjoys developing employees, building customer relationships, and helping a dealership grow.

Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations across the location’s departments, including sales, parts, and service.
- Coach employees, provide regular feedback, and help team members develop their skills.
- Recruit, train, and support sales team members.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Manage the location’s budget, approve expenditures, and monitor performance against financial goals.
- Allocate people, equipment, and other resources to support efficient operations.
- Work with senior management to implement operational changes.
- Collaborate with leaders at other Agri Center locations to share best practices and maintain consistent processes.
- Protect confidential company and customer information.
- Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.
Qualifications
- Previous store management experience required.
- Experience with agricultural equipment, heavy equipment, or construction equipment preferred.
- Knowledge of dealership parts and service operations preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug screenings.
