EarthDance Organic Farm School is a nonprofit teaching farm located in Ferguson, MO. Our mission is to advance food justice by training organic farmers and gardeners of all ages, providing connection to healthy food and the land, and cultivating vibrant community. We do this through selling vegetables at a pay-what-you-can price through our farm stand, increasing food security for our neighbors.
Member Duties : The Program & Farm Coordinator project will build the capacity of the organization by improving EarthDance's ability to engage program participants in our growing suite of gardening & farming education and land-sharing programs, including administering surveys, coordinating collaboration with partner agencies that serve low-income individuals, and promoting engagement with EarthDance's opportunities to underserved communities.
Program Benefits : Choice of Education Award or End of Service Stipend , Health Coverage* , Living Allowance , Childcare assistance if eligible , Relocation Allowance , Training .
