<ul><li>Supervise and lead assigned team members coordinating work activities.</li><li>Coordinate with management regarding equipment and supply needs, and production and research requirements.</li><li>Lead and mentor team members providing performance feedback.</li><li>All other relevant duties to the job.</li></ul><br><ul><li>High School Diploma required; Bachelor Degree in Poultry or Animal Science, or other closely related field of study preferred.</li><li>General poultry knowledge and experience required.</li><li>2+ years supervisory and/or leadership experience required.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li></ul>
