Lake Farm Park Academy serves the childrenand families of the richly diverse and welcoming community of Hayes in WestLondon and is the educational home to over 700 children. The academy is part of The Park FederationAcademy Trust, allowing us to benefit from a wealth of expertise across our tenacademies, as well as enabling us to provide opportunities for sharing of goodpractice and high quality training.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of our highlyprofessional, friendly team. We are looking to appoint a full time member ofstaff who has a "can do" attitude and is flexible, practical, pro-active,energetic and diligent to support our existing teams in delivering excellentservice.
Your duties will include: general site maintenance both inside andout, compliance with Health and Safety legislation, key holding duties, lockingand unlocking of the premises, general handyman duties, assisting in movingdeliveries and furniture as necessary, supervising and assisting the cleaningteam providing cover and support where necessary and liaising with contractorsas directed by the Estates Hub Manager or the Head of Estates.
The post is for 36 hours per week, there is flexibility on how the hoursare spread across the day with the working day potentially starting at 06.45amand ending at 6.30pm. Some out-of-hours or additional working hours may berequired and extra hours are negotiable for the right candidates. The positionwill be based at Lake Farm Park Academy andat times, the individual may have to work across the Trust. On occasion, youmay be required to deputise for the Head of Estates or work across the Trust.
