The Product Manager - Grower Relationship Management (GRM) supports the design, development, and scaling of digital products that enhance how McCain engages with growers and field teams globally.
This role combines product management, business process design, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver impactful solutions that improve grower experience and operational efficiency across diverse regions.

Compensation Package : $97,500.00 - $130,000.00 . CAD annually + Bonus Eligibility

The Product Manager - Grower Relationship Management (GRM) supports the design, development, and scaling of digital products that enhance how McCain engages with growers and field teams globally.

What you'll be doing.
- Develop and support the GRM product vision, roadmap, and prioritization
- Gather insights from growers, regional teams, and user feedback
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories
- Use user journey mapping to identify workflow gaps and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with technology, UX, and architecture teams in Agile delivery environments
- Support testing, rollout, and adoption of new capabilities across global regions
- Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement
- Align product outcomes to defined OKRs and success metrics
- Leverage AI tools to enhance prototyping and requirement development
- Ensure solutions deliver value to growers, field teams, and the broader business
What you'll need to be successful.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Agriculture, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or digital roles
- Experience working in global or multi-region environments
- Strong business process mapping and product translation skills
- Experience across the full product lifecycle (concept through sustainment)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development practices
- Strong communication and stakeholder alignment capabilities
- Analytical mindset with ability to use data for decision-making
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) is an asset
- Agriculture or AgTech experience is an asset
