What You’ll Do
- Recruit new growers/producers and suppliers through prospecting, outreach, meetings, and events
- Secure participation agreements/contracts of participating producers/growers and suppliers
- Manage clients through the Xchange process to maintain engagement and participation through entire process including onsite and follow-up
- Identify grower/producer needs to align them with the solution providers offering solutions to their interests and challenges
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth preparation and execution of Xchange(s)
- Travel to client sites, trade shows, and industry events as needed
- Represent VerticalXchange at various Xchanges
What You Bring
- Experience in ag sales, agribusiness solutions, or ag services
- Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Entrepreneurial mindset with motivation to succeed in a fast-paced environment
