We are seeking a Sales Development Advisor - Agricultural Parts to join our team. This role serves as the vital bridge between "the counter" and "the field," ensuring our agricultural partners have the technical solutions they need to maximize productivity.
This position will suit candidates who can combine technical expertise in agricultural machinery parts with a consultative sales approach. If you have a passion for the agricultural sector and the ability to develop long-term strategic partnerships, we want to hear from you. This role can be Brisbane or Melbourne based.

Responsibilities include
- Proactively identifying and qualifying new business opportunities within the agricultural sector.
- Providing strategic advice on fleet maintenance and parts inventories rather than just taking orders.
- Utilizing electronic parts catalogues (EPC) to accurately identify components and find alternative solutions for customers.
- Acting as the "voice of the customer" to report on machinery failures and gaps in the product range.
- Working with the General Sales Manager to define and implement National Agri strategies and marketing actions.
- Maintaining a portfolio of existing customers while networking to improve the company's reputation.
About you - Skills, experience and qualifications
- Previous experience in Parts Interpretation, Agricultural Sales, or Machinery Maintenance.
- Market Knowledge: A strong understanding of the Australian Agricultural market.
- High energy approach and motivation to succeed
- High-level communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Demonstrate a results focus with a passion for sales and customer service
- Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills, & the ability to effectively self-manage
