Primary Objectives of Position: <ul> <li>Perform all tasks with outstanding customer service</li> <li>Serve all duties while fulfilling the company mission, vision, and goals</li></ul> Responsibilities of the Position: <ul> <li>Assist in blending fertilizer to customer's specifications in a timely manner</li> <li>Maintain and clean equipment on a regular schedule</li> <li>Receive and maintain inventory</li> <li>Report any faulty equipment or product to appropriate personnel</li> <li>Attend product training, merchandising, and cooperative meetings as required</li> <li>General maintenance of overall equipment </li> <li>All other duties assigned</li></ul> Qualifications: <ul> <li>Must be 18 years of age or older</li> <li>Must have good verbal and written communication skills and math skills</li> <li>Must have experience overseeing logistics operations and would prefer agricultural experience</li> <li>Must be able to stand for long periods of time and have good finger and leg dexterity</li></ul>
