Primary Objectives of Position: <ul> <li>Work with the location manager to operate and maintain equipment </li> <li>Perform all tasks with outstanding customer service</li> <li>Follow all federal, state, and OSHA, cooperative policies and procedures</li></ul> Responsibilities of the Position: <ul> <li>Operate grain plant equipment and system in accordance to standard operating procedures and current good manufacturing practices</li> <li>Perform preventative maintenance on equipment</li> <li>Assist other divisions with tasks as needed</li> <li>Perform routine housekeeping</li> <li>Comply with all company policies</li> <li>Comply with all local, state and federal laws and regulations</li> <li>Load and unload grain trucks</li> <li>Scale trucks in and out</li> <li>Operate grain dryer efficiently</li> <li>All other duties as assigned</li></ul> Qualifications: <ul> <li>Be 18 years of age or older</li> <li>Have good verbal and written communication skills</li> <li>Ability to lift over 50 pounds, bend, stand for long periods of time, and have good finger dexterity</li></ul>
