Seasonal Truck Driver
Edmondson Liberty Farms is hiring a Seasonal Truck Driver to join our team in Clayton, Indiana (about 30 minutes west of Indianapolis). In this role you will be hauling corn and soybeans from the field to our on-farm storage, local processors, and elevator locations during harvest season.
Edmondson Liberty Farms is a large, family-owned grain operation producing corn and soybeans. Both crops are stored on farm and sold to processors and rail elevator locations. What you will be doing:
- Safely operate farm trucks to haul grain from the field to on-farm storage, processors, and rail elevator locations
- Assist with loading and unloading grain
- Perform basic truck and equipment maintenance and inspections
- Assist with other farm equipment operation and tasks as needed during the season
This job is for you if you have:
- Prior experience driving trucks in agriculture, farming, or a related industry
- CDL license preferred, but not required
- Comfort operating heavy equipment and basic mechanical ability
- A strong work ethic and willingness to work extended hours during peak season
- An eager, honest, personable attitude with good communication skills
