Job Duties:
This position reports to the Terrell Unit Cannery. Duties include directing the overall production of the plant, ensures quality control, ensures maintenance of equipment and ensures accurate reporting.
You'd be a GOOD fit if:
You have experience in production operations.
You have experience working in fastpaced food processing environments.
You have experience adhering to HACCP, sanitation, and safety standards.
You are able to clearly and effectively communicate with a team.
You are detailoriented.
You have employee supervision experience.
You'd be a GREAT fit if:
You have strong leadership and employeemotivation skills.
You have experience supporting the development of other employees
You have experience in the improvement of safety, efficiency, and productivity.
You are an effective problemsolver.
