Whitley Farm is a 9-bed residential service supporting adults with autism, dual diagnosis and associated complex needs The service provides a safe, structured and person-centred environment where individuals are supported to build independence, develop daily living skills, and achieve their personal goals.
People we support enjoy a range of activities within the service and in the community, including gardening, going shopping, visiting local markets and pubs, helping them to stay engaged, active and connected.

- Provide personal care and support with health and wellbeing

What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Understanding of learning disabilities, autism, ABI or mental health needs
- Knowledge of person-centred care and safeguarding practices
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A positive, resilient and proactive approach
- Passion for delivering high-quality care and leading by example
Desirable:
- NVQ Level 2 (or above) in Social Care
- Experience with electronic care planning or rostering systems
- Understanding of CQC and regulatory requirements
