Territory Manager, Northeast U.S. (Swine & Poultry)
Mission
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and strengthen relationships with existing customers while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
• Conduct regular on-farm and hatchery visits to evaluate hygiene and biosecurity practices.
• Perform audits and develop customized biosecurity programs based on customer needs.
• Prepare customer reports and audit summaries in a timely manner.
• Attend, support, and facilitate participation in industry-relevant meetings, conferences, trade shows, and events throughout the territory.
• Deliver technical support, product training, and application guidance to customers and industry partners.
• Support and participate in new product trials, evaluations, and field demonstrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Technical Services, Operations, and other regional teams across North America, to support business objectives and customer success.
• Travel extensively throughout the territory, with approximately 60% to 80% overnight travel required.

• Self-motivated, organized, and customer-focused.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
