Patrykus Farms

Founded in 1947, Patrykus Farms Inc. began when a truck driver moved his family from Chicago to a pig farm in Plainfield, Wisconsin. Over the past seven decades, the farm has evolved into one of the largest growers of processed carrots in the United States. Deeply rooted in family tradition and agricultural excellence, Patrykus Farms is now proudly operated by Dave and Kelly Beggs alongside their sons and daughters-in-law—Zachary and Frances, and Dalton and Stephanie—marking the 5th generation of family farming.
