Schaefer Farms is a family-owned and operated farm with diverse crops including kidney beans, sugar beets, carrots, and corn. We are a larger operation located in western Minnesota and South Dakota. We have recently expanded to the south with an operation in Georgia. We pride ourselves on running a progressive farm operation that focuses on quality.
