AgHires uses cookies, pixels, web beacons, tags, local storage, analytics technologies, advertising technologies, and similar tools to operate the Services, remember preferences, keep accounts secure, measure traffic, understand usage, personalize content, recommend jobs, measure conversions, and support advertising and remarketing.

Blocking cookies may affect website functionality, account access, saved preferences, job recommendations, application processes, analytics accuracy, or other features.
9.4 Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers or extensions offer "Do Not Track" or similar signals. There is not a uniform industry standard for all such signals. Where required by applicable law, we will process legally recognized browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, as an opt-out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising for the browser or device sending the signal.
10. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Processing
AgHires may use artificial intelligence, machine learning, automation, resume parsing, candidate matching, recommendation engines, search ranking, sourcing tools, job description tools, marketing content tools, analytics tools, and similar technologies to support and improve the Services.
Examples may include parsing resumes, extracting skills, matching candidates to opportunities, recommending jobs, supporting recruiter workflows, identifying potential candidates, ranking or filtering search results, generating job description drafts, improving outreach, measuring campaign effectiveness, detecting misuse, and analyzing platform performance.
AI and automated tools may assist AgHires personnel, employers, and service providers, but they may not fully replace human review. AgHires does not guarantee that automated recommendations, matches, rankings, or generated content will be accurate, complete, unbiased, lawful for a particular employer use, or appropriate for every hiring decision. Employers remain responsible for reviewing and approving job content, screening criteria, candidate evaluations, pay transparency disclosures, hiring decisions, and employment actions.
If applicable law gives you rights regarding automated decision-making, profiling, or AI-assisted processing, you may contact us using the information below. We may ask for information necessary to verify your request and determine which rights apply.

12. Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising
AgHires does not sell Personal Information for money. However, some privacy laws define "sale," "sharing," or "targeted advertising" broadly enough to include certain disclosures or making available of cookie identifiers, device information, usage data, advertising identifiers, or similar information to advertising and analytics partners. If you remove a resume from a searchable database or request that we deactivate an account, this may reduce visibility to employers or affect your ability to use certain Services. Removing a resume from AgHires does not require employers, recruiters, or third parties that previously accessed, downloaded, or received your resume, application, profile, or communications to delete their own copies.
We generally seek to acknowledge privacy requests within 10 business days and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. Complex requests, requests involving archived systems, requests affecting legal or business records, or requests requiring third-party coordination may require additional time where permitted by law.
