We are currently searching for an individual to be a production leader, in the position of 2nd Shift Production Supervisor. The ideal candidate will possess the following: <ul><li>Demonstrated communication team building skills</li><li>3+ years leadership/supervision experience in a production environment</li><li>Able to oversee production areas and coordinate work assignments</li><li>Aptitude to train and develop employees</li><li>Lean manufacturing experience is strongly desired</li><li>Experienced in employee performance assessments</li><li>Multitask orientated and excellent problem-solving capabilities</li><li>Self-directed and results oriented individual</li></ul><ul><li>Supervisor must be able to make decisions relating to acceptableness of production and production processes and is able to make quick decision relating to daily production runs.
