Job Summary
The Agribusiness Technology Adjunct Instructor is responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in both classroom and hands-on laboratory settings. This position requires the ability to teach students the maintenance, repair, and safe operation of farm facilities and equipment.
Instruction includes, but is not limited to, farm shop operations and facility upkeep such as carpentry, basic electrical wiring, plumbing, welding, concrete work, painting, hand tools, and farm machinery. The instructor will foster a positive learning environment, guide students in practical applications, and ensure instruction aligns with industry standards and best practices.

Job Summary

Education and Experience
- Associate's degree in Agribusiness Technology or related field from a regionally accredited institution OR associate's degree from a regionally accredited institution AND a minimum of three years of relevant industry experience in agriculture, farm maintenance, equipment repair, construction, or related trades.
- Demonstrated knowledge of farm shop safety and proper tool operation, agricultural equipment and facility maintenance, and basic carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and welding concepts.
- Ability to teach in hands-on lab/shop environments.
- Ability to teach day and/or evening courses.
