About The Role
Riverbend Co-op is currently recruiting for an Ag Solutions Operator at our Tullis Agro location.
This position supports the day-to-day operations of the Ag Solutions Division while delivering superior customer service to our guests. Working closely with the Ag Solutions team, this role helps provide farm clients with a variety of agriculture-related services and products.

About The Role

This position supports the day-to-day operations of the Ag Solutions Division while delivering superior customer service to our guests. Working closely with the Ag Solutions team, this role helps provide farm clients with a variety of agriculture-related services and products.
What You Will Be Doing
- Provide outstanding, courteous guest service. This is the priority over all other duties at Riverbend Co-op
- Respond to customer inquiries in person and over the phone in a pleasant and professional manner
- Support day-to-day operations within the Ag Solutions Division
- Ability to work long hours during the seeding season
- Ability to perform physically demanding duties and stand for extended periods during the seeding season
- Operate a forklift as required
- Assist in operational activities as needed
- Attend training as required
- Perform other duties as assigned
What You Will Need
- You have Grade 12 education
- You have strong communication and customer service skills
- You are organized and able to manage information accurately
- You are committed to working safely in a safety-sensitive environment
- You have a valid driver's licence, Class 1A license is considered an asset
- Forklift experience is considered an asset
- Mechanical aptitude is considered an asset to troubleshoot conveyors, bearing replacements when required
