We are currently seeking a career-minded, motivated, and outgoing Ag Territory Sales Representative to join our team in the Saskatoon area.

Retention Bonus

Successful new hires are eligible for a retention bonus of up to $3,000, paid as follows: $1,000 after 1 month of employment, $1,000 after 3 months and $1,000 after 6 months of continued employment with CFIB.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Manage and grow an assigned sales territory in the Saskatoon area
  • Meet with farmers and small business owners to understand their needs
  • Present CFIB solutions that deliver value, savings, and support while proactively generating leads through cold calling, referrals, walk-ins, and community networking
  • Develop new business through prospecting and referrals
  • Build long-term relationships with members
  • Follow a proven sales process with coaching and support
  • Participate in ongoing training with exposure to leadership development

Who Succeeds in This Role
  • Experience in sales, customer service, marketing, or a related field
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly
  • Motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently
  • Coachable mindset with interest in long-term career growth
  • Comfortable working in a field-based role
  • Some agricultural or farming knowledge/experience is considered a strong asset
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle

What You Will Receive
  • You will earn total compensation of $85,000-$95,000 annually, including a competitive base salary, uncapped commission, and monthly performance bonuses, with top performers earning $120,000+.
