Ray-Carroll is hiring a Location Agronomy Manager in Brunswick, MO. In this role you will provide leadership to agronomy employees while ensuring the safe, efficient, and accurate delivery of agronomy products and services to customers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the agronomy facility including fertilizer, chemical, seed, and application services.
  • Assist and lead agronomy employees including scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with producers and business partners.
  • Coordinate product inventory, receiving, storage, and distribution to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and maintain facility equipment, rolling stock, and operational assets.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, DOT, OSHA, EPA, and company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in developing and achieving location sales goals, budgets, and profitability targets.
  • Work closely with agronomy sales staff to support customer recommendations and agronomic solutions.
  • Oversee accurate documentation, billing, application records, and inventory controls.
  • Coordinate seasonal operational planning including staffing, logistics, and product availability.
  • Promote a positive team environment focused on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Address customer concerns and resolve operational or service-related issues promptly.
  • Maintain facility appearance and ensure equipment and grounds are properly maintained.
  • Support company objectives and perform additional duties as assigned.
