Hours: 40 hours daily (9:30 am - 1:30 pm) Mon - Fri
Qualifications, Experience, Education, and Special Training:
Duties: This person's duties will include but are not limited to the following areas:
- Cooking
- Serving
- Daily Food Production
- General Cleaning & Sanitation of work areas and equipment
- Dishwashing & Other duties as assigned

- Production Cooking
- Serving Students
- Food Prep
- Operating POS Computer as needed
- Lift 40 #, operate a commercial dishwasher
- Knowledge of Production Kitchen operations
- Able to take direction and complete tasks on time
- Knowledge of proper sanitation practices/ HAACP
- Other duties as assigned
