Job Purpose/Summary:
This position is responsible for maintaining the Satellite Company Store and Grab & Go location at the Tyson Corporate office as an extension of the Tyson Company Store. Additionally, this role will assist with daily operations at the Tyson Company Store.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Preferred candidate would have the following attributes & skills:
1. Ability to multitask
2. Highly Organized
3. Strong verbal communication skills
4. Comfortable taking directions from multiple people
5. Great customer service presence
6. Attentiveness to quality and appearance of their work
Education: High School diploma required. Some college is helpful.
Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Must be comfortable driving a large pickup truck.
Experience: 1 year.
Computer Skills: Basic computer skills.
Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to perform manual labor tasks that involve lifting, walking, kneeling, and standing for long periods of time, and be able to handle moderate to heavy boxes and supplies up to 60 lbs.
Supervisory: Position will not have direct reports.
Travel: Travel between the Company Store, WHQ, and other local facilities is required.

- Maintain the Satellite Store and Grab & Go inventory by procuring and transporting products from the Company Store.
- Ensure products are priced accurately.
- Assist customers with the checkout process and resolve any issues with the register hardware/software.
- Stock and rotate products to reduce spoilage.
- Assist with coordinating Truckload Sale fundraisers and corporate plant donations.
- Perform other duties as needed in support of the Satellite Company Store and Grab & Go location, as well as the overall Tyson Company Store.
