Job Responsibilities
- Under limited supervision of the Dairy Processing Manager.
- Position is responsible for the operation of all fluid processing and ice cream manufacturing including operation of a regulated milk testing laboratory.
- Responsibilities to include, but are not limited to, inventory, processing, record keeping, storage and shipment of all production including surplus raw milk products.
- Also responsible for compliance with all states (SCDHEC) and federal (FDA & USDA) regulatory guidelines.
- Position requires extended work hours during peak seasons and/or during emergencies to include agriculture division dairy and other operations.
- The Agriculture Division Director has deemed position essential and must be manned during any and all state or agency emergencies.
