The ROLE

Town & Country Insurance is looking for a Farm and Crop Insurance Customer Service Representative who will maintain strong relationships by providing timely and accurate service. If you're driven, team player, passionate to help farmers, we want to hear from you!

SKILLS

• Highly professional with unquestionable integrity and moral character

• Attention to detail

• Ability to communicate effectively across a diverse organization and client base

• Ability to prioritize, be flexible, respond to change environments

• Strong listener and works well with people

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Farming/Agriculture knowledge preferred, but not required

• Service oriented and self motivated

Insurance license is required, but you will have the opportunity to obtain once you join the team at Town & Country Insurance.
