4B Acres Inc. is seeking a dependable Farm Hand to join our family-operated farm near Worthington, Minnesota. Our operation focuses on corn and soybean production along with beef cattle, offering employees the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of agriculture. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with livestock, operating farm equipment, and being involved in the day-to-day activities of a diversified farming operation.

What You'll Do
As a Farm Hand, you'll assist with both livestock and crop production activities, including:
Livestock Responsibilities
- Feed and care for cattle
- Monitor cattle health and well-being
- Assist with cattle treatments and health management
- Maintain clean and organized livestock facilities
Crop & Equipment Responsibilities
- Operate farm equipment during planting and harvest
- Tend seed and fertilizer operations during planting season
- Support spraying operations by managing water and chemical logistics
- Operate a grain cart during harvest
- Assist with grain handling and grain bin cleanout
- Drive semi trucks as needed
- Perform general farm maintenance and yard upkeep
- Complete basic equipment maintenance and repairs
Qualifications
Preferred
- Previous farming, livestock, feedlot, equipment operation, or agricultural experience
- Experience operating tractors, grain carts, semis, or other farm equipment

- Individuals with limited experience but a strong desire to learn
