Responsibilities
Precision Equipment Operation: Master the operation of late-model tractors, planters, sprayers, tillage equipment, & combines integrated with GPS and precision ag technology to ensure field accuracy and top results.
Strategic Land Stewardship: Assist in field optimization such as dirt work, water management, field productivity, & soil health.
Maintenance & Repair: Execute proactive mechanical maintenance and complex troubleshooting on all machinery to minimize downtime and maintain operational excellence.
Facility Oversight: Maintain farm headquarters, shops, & bin-sites to a high standard of organization, cleanliness, and operational function.
Strategic Execution: Collaborate with management to execute seasonal plans, identifying opportunities for efficiency gains in our operations.
Commodity Logistics: Safe and professional transport of corn and soybeans to terminal markets and local elevators, while meeting contract deadlines.
What We Offer:
Competitive Hourly Wage: $20.00-$25.00 per hour depending on experience. Salary based compensation available depending on growth and commitment.
