Job description:
We are looking for a Farm Hand to join our team and help with the day-to-day operations of our farm. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including planting, harvesting, caring for livestock, maintaining equipment, and ensuring the safety of all personnel on the farm. The ideal candidate will have experience in agricultural work and a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate will have a CDL class A or B in good standing with experiemce driving a 6 Axle Dump Truck if needed.
Responsibilities:
- Follow safety protocols while operating farm equipment.
- Perform basic maintenance and repairs on farm equipment.
- Harvest crops according to season and customer demand.
- Assist in the care of livestock, including feeding, watering, and cleaning pens.
- Maintain records of crop yields and livestock production.
- Ensure that all crops are properly stored and handled.
