As the Farm Operations Specialist, you'll be at the heart of everything happening on the farm. You'll help keep daily operations running smoothly while welcoming visitors, supporting community events, coordinating daily workforce activities, and helping create an environment where people feel valued, respected, and accountable.
No two days are the same. One morning you may be greeting a school group for a farm tour, coordinating deliveries, and helping volunteers get started. Later that day you may be assisting the Farm Manager with participant accountability, ensuring work crews are where they need to be, supporting educational programs, or helping prepare for a community event.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys being outdoors, working with people, solving problems, and making a meaningful impact in their community.

We're looking for someone who is dependable, organized, approachable, and enjoys working with people from all walks of life. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes pride in keeping things organized, communicates well with others, and is comfortable balancing multiple priorities throughout the day.
Previous experience in operations, agriculture, facilities, customer service, logistics, nonprofit organizations, or workforce development is helpful, but just as important are professionalism, integrity, a strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to make a difference.

- Welcome visitors, volunteers, vendors, and community partners.
- Support individuals participating in our workforce development and recovery programs by reinforcing accountability and workplace expectations.
- Track attendance, work hours, and daily operational activities.
- Conduct routine rounds of the farm to promote safety and organization.
- Assist with educational programs, volunteer activities, and community events.
