- Lead, monitor and report on all sales and product trends
- Develop and execute a marketing plan through appropriate channels (social media, website, ads, etc.)
- Performs research and develops plans for new products and new markets.
- Educate tribal members, community, and prospective customers on value of farm products.
- Assists in store front operations including answering calls, greeting customers, and sales. • Delivers products to customers and gathers feedback on products.
- Manage and maintain store Inventory process execution.
- Performs a wide variety of clerical and operations support; assisting the farm manager with invoices, purchase orders, grants, etc.
- Supervise and train farm store clerks.
Here's what you'll need to be successful:
- Associate's degree in Business Management, Sales and Marketing or related field plus 3-5 years' experience in sales/marketing
- Must have a valid, clean driver's license and be at least 21 years of age
- Passion for small scale sustainable farming and knowledge of farm sales and marketing
- Experience using computer software programs including Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access
- Knowledge of social media applications and marketing
- Outgoing with strong communication skills
- Ability to work weekends as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years of supervisory experience
- Bachelor's degree in business management, Sales and Marketing or related field
